Section Bending

At ESS Railing, the expertise offered by our section bending machine operators and our CNC benders, allow us to achieve the best results on various jobs. Plate rolling

Plate rolling is the art of creating unique curved flat plate designs which are mostly used in our creation of curved staircase stringers. We offer a unique cold metal bending service and can bend plates up to 15m long and 30mm thick. Multiple bends in more than one axis are possible and our highly trained operators utilise years of experience to make sure our customers products are fabricated with the highest accuracy level.
